A ‘Course’ is an online slide presentation to train/induct workers. Workers are issued a 'Certificate of completion' for each completed course. Assessment results are stored with all completion records. Date of issue, renewal and expire dates are all tracked by Altora.
Programs are assignments of tasks for workers to complete. These can include training courses, licences and qualifications to upload, eForms to fill in, and important documents to read and sign off on. They can be treated as a checklist or a list of minimal requirements.

Our Induction system plans are based on the number of courses on your account. Each plan includes all our standard features. You can request to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
No, all plans are month by month, however you receive a discount when paying annually.
We accept any Mastercard, Visa or American Express credit or debit card and electronic fund transfers (EFT). Invoices are sent monthly, and provided P.O. numbers are accepted. .
